We are able to offer the majority of systems to our clients, from suppliers such as Eurobond, Kingspan and Corus for both the roof and walls including all guttering and soffit works.

Our works are carried out to the Building Regulations newly revised Part L conservation of fuel and power.

We are always pleased to give advice on proposed projects and can advise on thermal efficiency and cost savings or alternative materials available to us.

Using the BBA approved Enviroplan Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) system, we can replace or over-roof any flat roofed structure - extensions, garages and new build structures.

The system is 100% recyclable, including the packaging, and has a guarantee of a minimum 20 years. The membrane is resistant to UV degradation and can be fully adhered or mechanically fixed quickly and easily. The BBA agreement is insurance backed, giving total peace of mind.

Commercial roof maintenance is essential to keep both the internal and external performance of a building at its best. By ignoring general maintence small defects can turn in to long term problems resulting in the structure failing before it reaches its design life. We can provide free survey reports on most buildings with costs for the repair, replacement or refurbishment of all types of roofing and cladding.
